Aerial drone photography and video is affected by the weather. A to Z Drone Services has a flexible approach to scheduling any aerial work.
We need the exact location ( with postcode ) and a brief explanation and as much information as possible on what you would like us to photograph/film.
An office based site survey is the following step to see if there is any special regulation in the area.
After the survey we will send you a quote for the specific job and if you are happy with that we may arrange a physical site visit to discuss the details.
We operate a provisional booking system with a shoot date agreed when we have received 20% deposit.
We also monitor the weather forecast 5 days in advance of the job and if the signs are bad we talk to the client 48 hours prior to the shoot. At this point we will be able to reschedule the job at no additional cost.
If the shoot can not be re-scheduled due to factors out of our control (live events, client availability) A to Z Drone Services do not offer a refund of the initial deposit.
If we both decide to do the job on the original date and we have bad weather, the pilot will wait on site as long as possible waiting for a break in the weather.
If we arrive on the site and are unable to shoot on the day because of the weather conditions we do not offer a refund of the initial deposit.
The client can cancel the job latest 7 days in advance and the 20% deposit will be refunded. If the cancellation occurs after this date the deposit will not be refunded.
Our clients have full use of all photography and filmed material but they are not permitted to sell the material or allow 3rd parties to use it with prior written agreement with us.
We also reserve the right to use any photography and video for our own PR purposes on our website, in showreel and on social media.
We also reserve the right to supply videos and photographs to stock libraries at a later date.
